![]() ![]() Near 40 hours in the game and the triple-dipping was worth it I would say :D I just would really love some direction on where things are going.Īny tips on this would be great thanks! :D I hoarded a lot of "extracts" tho lol about 10+ per mons.Ĭurrently my party's like Lv 100-115, defeated end game boss hours ago at Lv 90-100 (apparently mons level up fast?), currently at realm 152. I'm a fan of SMT and Devil Survivor but somehow I find it more intimidating to breed here than in SMT haha. I'm just really intimidated by the whole breeding process. But then again, I was wondering if I'm missing out on actually restarting, as the game did say that post-game is where the game starts. Although repettiive? Although I guess repetitive is the the thing to go. I'm also considering starting a new run on Siralim 3 instead as a different mage, currently I'm a Life Mage which is actually fun. I've been thinking about Ultimate, actually I'm not much of a PC player. Nor computing stats.Īlthough so far I've been trying increasing realm levels and tavern battles, and so keeping an eye out for items that could improve my team.Īny tips for a person who prefers reading mostly stuff that can be found in-game? I guess it's just that I'm actually not much of a fan of min-maxing my team so much haha. So I was just wondering what do you guys do for endgame? Currently I'm just trying to unlock the prophecies functionality by grinding Surathil's favor. Torun is obnoxious, and starting S3 with him was a turnoff.Tbh I just about triple-dipped on Siralim 3 (Switch, Android, iOS as I changed phones), unintentionally encountered endgame for the main story quite so soon. Almost all the game feels like it was randomly generated. That could be on me though for not having played S1 or 2. It sounds silly, but I'd rather start with a smaller number that gradually increases over a series. There's an overwhelming number of monsters. Battles in general either feel easy or impossible.Ħ vs 6 leads to one side losing a few monsters before a full round almost every time. Healing after every battle makes the game feel too easy - until you run into that one monster combo that just kills you. Monsters seem like they end up at the same level as the highest parent, which takes away the risk and reward of using a newly bred level 1 monster and trying to get it stronger than its parents. Leveling up doesn't feel meaningful.Įvery monster looks cool and most seem like they're viable, so there's no sense of achievement like there was in DWM with breeding. Everything just scales to infinity to the point where numbers are barely distinguishable from each other. It doesn't feel like there's much of a sense of progression. ![]() The monster art is good, but that doesn't make up for everything else. Siralim has awful graphics for all of the procedural worlds. Siralim 3 took one of the worst parts of DWM1 - the procedurally generated maps and the seemingly random assortment of monsters in each world - and made that the whole game. I liked DWM1 at the time, but DWM2 was by far superior with its story world design. ![]() I just got Siralim 3 a few weeks ago, and I haven't played anything else in the series, so I might be wrong about Ultimate. ![]()
